If you are heading out to the USBC Open Championships in Reno, NV this year you can always hit up the USBC Open travel page for discounts but I have always fared better just shopping on Hotels.com and booking during one of their many sales.

Hotels.com offers a rewards program that gives you one free night after 10 completed nights (with some restrictions) meaning that every night is roughly 10 percent off in the long run on top of the normal low prices.

Anyway, The USBC Open Championships is held in Reno at the National Bowling Stadium and although you can stay in some of the nicer resorts on the outskirts of town most bowlers like staying right close to the action at least while they are bowling. Be sure to check often because sales can hit at any time. Outside of getting a comped room due to rewards points at a local hotel I’ve never really come across another place that books your hotels reservations for less so easily. Check them out and see you at the tournament.
